
TINY NOVICE Team
Ages 4-6 years
Our Tiny Novice team is the perfect introduction to competitive cheer for our youngest athletes! Designed for ages 4–6 with no experience required, this team focuses on basic cheer skills, teamwork, and performance in a fun, encouraging environment. The season runs from August to February, with low-pressure performances to help build confidence and excitement. A great first step into the world of All Star cheer!
Mini Novice Team
Ages 6-9 years
Our Mini Novice team is ideal for athletes ages 6–9 who are ready to take their cheer skills to the next level! This team is designed for those with strong beginning tumbling skills and a desire to grow in a team-focused, competitive environment. Athletes will develop stunting, jumps, tumbling, and performance skills as they prepare for low-pressure competitions throughout the season. The season runs from August to April, offering a fun and structured introduction to All Star cheerleading.


Youth & Junior Prep Teams
Ages 7-15 years
Our Youth and Junior Prep teams are designed for athletes ages 7–15 who are ready for a more competitive cheer experience. These teams focus on advancing stunting, tumbling, jumps, and performance skills in a fun, team-centered environment. Strong beginner tumbling skills are required, and a back walkover is highly encouraged. The season runs from August to April, with athletes training and competing at regional events. It's a great next step for athletes looking to grow their skills and experience the excitement of All Star cheer!
SENIOR Elite Team
Ages 12 - 19 years
Our Senior team is built for advanced athletes with strong tumbling and stunting skills who are ready to compete at a high level. The season begins in August, pauses to allow athletes to participate in the IHSA Competitive Cheerleading season, and resumes in February to prepare for three regional competitions and the D2 Summit in Orlando in May. This unique schedule offers the best of both worlds—giving senior-aged athletes the opportunity to experience All Star cheer while still balancing their school commitments.
